Mad Cool Vino Español – Spain Uncorked is a festival celebrating Spanish wine, food, music and culture. The showpiece of the festival will be a high quality consumer event with multiple wine stations highlighting the diversity and regionality of Spanish wines, food, music and the arts. Over 35 Spanish wineries with more than 150 wines will be showcased at the event. Multiple food stations under the direction of Blair Lebsack, one of Canada’s top chefs, will showcase Spanish inspired dishes prepared by RGE RD, The Butchery by RGE RD, Partake, Filistix and the Italian Centre Shop.
